4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

taka det offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.1 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• A bonus is never counted as direct cash; it cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion has its own minimum deposit, bonus rate and wagering requirements — check these before claiming.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the taka det website and app — logos, designs, text, graphics, software code and all other materials — is the intellectual property of taka det or its licensed providers.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing or modifying any content without taka det's written permission is prohibited.

11 Technical Issues and Liability

12 Account Closure and Restrictions

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting the taka det support team. Any bonus for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited upon closure. The net balance (real money) will be returned.

12.2 Closure at taka det's Initiative

taka det may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of the terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the individual terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between taka det and the user. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
